Festival was organised by TEC in close cooperation with Machaon International, international volunteer organisation INEX, Katon-Karagay National Park and district akimats.

In order to improve capaciity of local team to organise festivals in sustainable basis Machaon International partly supported II festival “Ubinskie raspevi” in Poperechnaja village. Main organisers of festival were Boomerang and Museum of Architecture and Ethnography of East-Kazakhstan Region, Eatern Altai Nature reserve and oblast and district akimats.

In the period from 10 to 20 July 2015 for the first time in East Kazakhstan an international land art symposium "Nomad" took place in the unusual setting of the museum-reserve "Berel" in the beautiful central valley of the Katon Karagay National Park. The symposium was organized by Youth public association Environment and Tourist Centre "TEC" from Kazakhstan and Machaon International from Slovakia in close co-operation with the Regional History Museum and administration of the Museum-reserve "Berel". It was also supported by the Akimat of East Kazakhstan.

Festivals are a very effective instrument for promotion of tourist potential of rural areas. Get-together events were traditionally held in the Poperechnaja village and in many other remote villages. Hence, festivals can revive this tradition and help to demonstrate rich local culture and traditions to visitors, including tourist companies and journalists who can be invited to take part.

Cultural holiday Nauryz was traditionally held in Uryl village in March 2015. EcoAltai in cooperation with village akimat tried to enhance its programme and to use it for demonstration of rich local culture and traditions to visitors, including tourist companies and journalists who were invited to take part.
